A cool breeze blows in the evenings, and there are many different types of trees, home gardens, and other greenery all around each villa. The surroundings are very tidy and clean. The atmosphere is lovely. The chalets are clean, well-equipped, and have beds and pillows that are cozy. Good air conditioning, free water, and wifi make the stay better. The food is excellent, including a lavish full breakfast.
Additionally, if you’re visiting Dambulla or Anuradhapura, this is a good stopover and ideal for a weekend getaway or longer.
Carolina Beach Hotel

It’s close to the main road and only a two-hour drive from Colombo, making it accessible.
It is a massive complex with the largest pool I’ve ever seen.
The rooms are cozy and come with all the standard amenities. They also have a nice view of the pool.
The buffet was excellent and offered a wide variety, and we enjoyed our one-night stay here. The staff was very polite and attentive. We witnessed a stunning sunset on the hotel’s private beach, which was terrific. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is also well worth the cost.
Anantaya Resort and Spa
This is a stunning hotel with spacious rooms and breathtaking views of the Sun, Sea, Sand, and lake for a well-deserving traveler who enjoys nature and super luxury. The best spa in the region features a lake view and an exciting wellness center. The staff is amicable, polite, and helpful. The rooms have a lake and sea view and are very roomy and relaxing. Sand and clean beaches are available.
The service was brilliant. And also the food was tasty. On-demand, a variety of recreational activities and DJs can be scheduled. The music played during dinner was very impressive, and on request, garden dining under the stars is available.
Club Hotel Dolphin
The entire experience was refreshing, from the welcome at the door to the next day’s checkout.
The welcoming reception’s check-in process was prompt and courteous. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. The Aqua bar’s excellent service and stunning interior made it the ideal place to unwind at night. Both breakfast and dinner were served at the deliciously vibrant and colorful Sands Restaurant.
HI Win Holidays Cottage
Stayed there for one night on the wooden cottage’s upper floor, which has a lovely view of the beach and the sea but no air conditioning.
The site still requires some development. There was a yet-to-be pool, and getting there presented some minor challenges. I ate dinner there, but I could have gotten better mixed fried rice from takeout. Just find Sundowner Restaurant on google.
